Housed in a well-maintained historic building built in 1973, Thomas Suites offers an array of amenities designed to enhance the living experience:

Spacious Accommodations: Our 176,500 sq ft facility features one-bedroom suites with two double beds, a separate living room with a sofa sleeper, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, and ample counter space. We also have two ADA suites with roll-in showers.

Modern Conveniences: Each suite includes a 45-inch TV in the living room, in-room safes, and complimentary wireless internet access..

Recreational Facilities: Residents can enjoy an outdoor heated pool and oversized whirlpool in a lush courtyard with a sun deck, both equipped with ADA lifts. Our 24-hour fitness center and game room, featuring a pool table, ping pong, various arcade games, a library, board games, and an oversized TV for movies, provide ample opportunities for relaxation and entertainment.
